Big River Group is led by Dr. Bruce Miles, a former Assistant Professor at St. Cloud State University, where he taught graduate and doctoral coursework in leadership, planning, finance, and personnel. Bruce is a national presenter and trusted advisor in strategic planning, organizational improvement, conflict resolution, and managing difficult employee situations.
