Bruce is great to work with as a leader. He listens and synthesizes really well. He can pinpoint areas to improve and gives solid suggestions. He follows up with items from previous conversations and asks reflective questions. Bruce talks with you not down to you as he coaches you on improving as a leader. School Board Training

The school board in North Branch Area Public Schools has been pleased to work with Bruce Miles on school board development.
