Natalie Feldhake joins the Big River Group team as Research Associate Intern. Natalie earned her Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Ridgewater Community College in 2016. She is a recent graduate from Minnesota State University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in December of 2018. While at MSUM, Natalie’s undergraduate research focused on physical attractiveness and gender bias within hiring decisions. She also volunteered as the treasurer for the MSUM psychology club. Natalie worked at Sanford Health in Fargo, ND as a Talent Acquisition Representative for eleven months after graduating from MSUM. During her time in the Fargo – Moorhead area, Natalie enjoyed being a head coach for Red River Infinity Volleyball Club and also gave private volleyball lessons in her free time.
Natalie is currently in her first semester at St. Cloud State University’s Industrial/ Organization Psychology Master’s program. While maintaining schoolwork, Natalie works as a graduate research assistant in the Industrial/Organization Psychology department. Natalie also volunteers as the director of program development for Upward Consulting. Natalie will graduate from SCSU with her Master’s in Industrial/Organization Psychology in May of 2021. She plans to stay in the Midwest and pursue her passion for leadership and development and organizational effectiveness consulting.

School Board Training
The school board in North Branch Area Public Schools has been pleased to work with Bruce Miles on school board development. Members of the school board found Bruce very knowledgeable in board communications, the role of board members and the relationship between the board and superintendent. Each session with Bruce is engaging and informative! Bruce provided the training the board needed.
