II) Position Summary
The primary function of the Director is to provide NSCS core values’ based direction and leadership regarding the achievement of the school’s mission and strategic plan. The Director will support the operation of the Board of Directors; act as the school’s educational leader; ensure the maintenance of a safe and nurturing learning environment; manage the financial, physical, and human resources of the school; and engage in positive relationships between the school and its employees, students, parents, and community members.
