The two jobs every leader needs is succession planning and vision. While vision planning is discussed in other ares of this site, my take on leadership training is to focus on preparing those under you to be prepared to take on more of different responsibilities in case the need arises.

Great to work with

School Board Training

The school board in North Branch Area Public Schools has been pleased to work with Bruce Miles on school board development. Members of the school board found Bruce very knowledgeable in board communications, the role of board members and the relationship between the board and superintendent.
