Great to work with

Bruce is great to work with as a leader. He listens and synthesizes really well. He can pinpoint areas to improve and gives solid suggestions. He follows up with items from previous conversations and asks reflective questions. Bruce talks with you not down to you as he coaches you on improving as a leader. I loved working with Bruce and wished we could continue our conversations, they make me a better leader.

School Board Training

The school board in North Branch Area Public Schools has been pleased to work with Bruce Miles on school board development. Members of the school board found Bruce very knowledgeable in board communications, the role of board members and the relationship between the board and superintendent. Each session with Bruce is engaging and informative! Bruce provided the training the board needed.
